he's signing the marriage testimonial but like signing those debt's agreement.
well,actually he is trying to be serious and trying not to laugh,
but his face is really funny while he is pretending to be serious.

they both laugh while saying I DO....lucky the witness didn't
ask 'em to read the whole phrase in front of us..or else....hahaha
